How a Corporate Headshot Session Works
The process is straightforward and designed to minimise disruption while delivering high-quality results.
Sessions can take place in a studio setting or on location at your office, depending on what works best for you. On-site sessions are particularly popular for team and company headshots, allowing staff to be photographed efficiently without travelling.
During the session, I guide posture, positioning, and expression throughout. You don’t need to worry about how to stand or where to look — I’ll direct everything clearly and calmly to ensure strong, consistent results.
After the shoot, you’ll select your preferred images, which are then professionally retouched and delivered digitally in formats suitable for web and print use.
Style, Lighting & Retouching
Corporate headshots should feel polished and professional without looking artificial. Lighting is carefully tailored to suit both the individual and the intended use of the image — whether that’s a clean, neutral look for corporate profiles or something slightly more relaxed for personal branding.
Retouching is subtle and natural. Temporary distractions are removed, while skin texture, expression, and character are preserved. The aim is to present you at your best, not to change how you look.
For team sessions, lighting and backgrounds are kept consistent across all staff to ensure a cohesive, professional appearance across your website and marketing materials.

I offer three session options
Portrait 60
This session is useful if have had professional headshots or portraits taken before and simply need a refresh or update. This session takes place at a location of your choosing. After your initial consultation, we will shoot for up to 60 minutes.
During this session, extra time is used to provide a range of looks, as well as offering up to 2-3 outfit choices. You will receive 5 images of your choice, from your session.
Price: £125
Portrait 120
This session is ideal for those that want to explore a whole new portfolio of business headshots and portrait images. It’s also great for those that would like to go beyond portraits and have extra images for PR and promotional purposes.
This session takes place at a location of your choosing. After your initial consultation, we will shoot for up to 2 hours.
During this session, the extra time is used to provide a wider range of looks, as well as offering 3-5 outfit choices. You will receive 8 images of your choice, from your session.
Price: £225
Portrait Team
This session is specifically designed for businesses that want to refresh or add images of their team to their websites.
Typically, this will take place at your business premises, or a location of your choosing, and can be up to a half day (4 hours). We will discuss your needs ahead of the shoot session so that all the time can be dedicated to capturing your team in the way you’d like. If you’d like a wider range of images for use in the promotion of your business, you may wish to consider a commercial photography shoot. These can be tailored to your requirements, as long as people are the focus!
The session fee includes up to 10 edited images and is suitable for team sizes of up to 10 members. Custom pricing is available for teams larger than 10 members. The fee includes the time for shooting, editing and the finished images.
Price: from £350
Extra images
You can add more images to your order for £15 per chosen image. As with the images included in your session fee, they will be supplied in colour and black and white and at a range of prepared sizes and resolutions suitable to your profession.
